1. Platform Overview

JHOOMO provides an online marketplace and ticketing technology connecting live event attendees with verified third-party event organizers, artists, and venues.

2. Booking & Digital QR Passes

• All passes booked through the JHOOMO App or web portal are digital M-Tickets delivered instantly with a verified dynamic QR code.
• Each QR pass permits admission for the designated number of attendees indicated on the pass. Once admitted at the gate scanner, duplicate check-ins will be denied.
• Screenshots or shared photocopies may not be recognized if dynamic security is enabled for the event.

3. Admission & Venue Code of Conduct

• The Event Organizer reserves the right of admission in accordance with venue rules, local regulations, and age restrictions.
• Attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID corresponding to the booking name upon request.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

In the event of an event cancellation or postponement by the organizer, eligible refunds are credited back to the original source account via Razorpay/banking channels within 5-7 business days.
